Article 2 — Product Description
Products are subject to descriptions and photographic documentation that may be modified without notice. Photographs are not contractually binding.
Article 3 — Warranty & Returns
All items are authentic unless otherwise stated. In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty (excluding return shipping costs). To exercise this right, contact us by email at contact@laboutiquedudebarquement.com. Personalized items, items with broken seals that cannot be reversed, and items of a specific nature excluded by law (art. L221-28) are not eligible for withdrawal.
- The item must be returned in its original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Altered, disassembled or cleaned items are not accepted for return
- Clothing and shoes are not guaranteed for worn use
Article 4 — Orders
The buyer declares to have full legal capacity and to be of legal age.
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Purchase confirmation is sent by email.
Article 5 — Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In-store pickup is available at no additional cost.
Shipping is carried out after full payment has been received. Items are sent with insurance and a tracking number.
For orders over €100, insurance is mandatory unless otherwise requested by the buyer.
Article 6 — Customs Duties
Purchases made outside the European Union are subject to customs duties, requested upon delivery and at the sole expense of the buyer.
Article 7 — Secure Payment
Payments are made in euros. Online payment is secured by credit card via Stripe.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. Your banking data is never stored on our servers.
Article 8 — Intellectual Property
All images on this website are the property of La Boutique du Débarquement and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior authorization.
Article 9 — Display Error
La Boutique du Débarquement reserves the right to refuse a sale in the event of a display price error.
