US ARMY MEDICAL KITS 1941-1945

As soon as it entered the war in 1941, the United States deployed considerable energy and committed a colossal budget to equip the combat troops, in order to send them to the front in the best conditions. The health service took advantage of this modernization to develop new means. This development focused on making health support more efficient and thus gaining speed to save as many lives as possible. For these missions, the US Army Medical Department has its own equipment and consumable products, referenced in the Medical Supply Catalog, from which the presentation of the book is inspired. Among these thousands of objects, this work details medical, surgical, dental, orthopedic, ENT, gas care, jungle combat sets and kits, etc.
