THE TIGER SAGA

The “Tiger”, lord of the Panzers, and yet little known. A machine, too quickly completed, and yet a reputation as a Teutonic knight. A contradictory machine which combines the power and precision of a gun equipped with more than efficient sighting optics, and reliability defects, strong constraints in its maintenance and deficiencies in its mobility. To understand the “Tiger”, you have to look elsewhere than in its mechanics and meet its crew, know its origin, master its workings down to the smallest detail. This machine cut its teeth in the deserts of Africa and the steppes of Kalmuck, it haunted the Vosges forests through the Norman bocage and died in a devastated Berlin.
